We source cheese from small herd producers in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Fresh goat & cow cheese; aged raw cow milk cheese; blue, gorgonzola, smoked gouda, and many others. Featured farms include Gray Barn Farm, Cricket Creek Farm, Valley View Farm and many other rotating farms.

local duck & poultry for you
Our muscovy ducks, young roosters, and stew birds are processed at a USDA facility and are kept frozen for freshness. Stew birds are best for stock, soup, chicken burger, enchiladas and schmaltz. Young roosters are tender and lean best slathered in peanut oil and grilled or roasted. Half and whole muscovy duck stand apart from other duck breeds and are known for their flavor, tenderness, and dark meat.
